  Absolutely horrible management company. I've lived here nearly 20 years and purchased a second unit a few years ago. Lamont was always terrible, but that's when they became an absolute nightmare. Owners, even long term, quiet stable folks were once ignored, now with the second unit, I'm harassed. Yet Lamont favors board members who break rules (ie. allow loose dogs who scratch and leave mess) and get away. The exterior projects are at the expense of upstairs units having visible leak damage from very old roof. But Lamont and first floor board owners do not care.

  I've had the privilege to work with Community Association Manager Rebecca Riffle at Lamont for over a year. She is fantastic. She always has a positive attitude, truly looks out for the best interests of her Associations, and is professional in all of her interactions. I highly recommend Rebecca and Lamont Management for your community management needs.
